This program is designed to establish procedures for an effective light duty program to address return to work from an on the job injury and to provide for a means to allow an employee to return to work prior to a full medical release thus allowing an employee to return to productive employment as soon as he or she is physically able. This program provides a uniform and fair application of a program for light (limited) duty among all employees.
